Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Store Manager to oversee store production operations and support achievement of sales goals in Perry Park, Colorado. The role involves supervising associates, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring daily performance meets targets.

You will coach employees, implement customer service programs, and assist the Store Manager with sales initiatives. In the Manager’s absence, you will lead the store operations to maintain smooth, profitable performance.
