• 2+ years in a Co/Assistant Manager role in a similar-volume apparel setting.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.

• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans that grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members to deliver a great customer experience.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive results.
• Handle POS transactions and perform management duties in the Store Manager's absence.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to build a team that delivers results through providing an amazing customer experience. Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Store Manager.

Qualifications
