Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses a plus
• Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket or DIY industry

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Preferred: automotive industry background, ASE certifications, NAPA Know How, experience in retail or dealership management
