Job summary

CHAGEE is seeking a Part-Time Tea Barista (Charista) at The Shops at Mission Viejo to join a global tea brand. You will learn our menu, prepare beverages to standard, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers tip eligibility, paid training, free tea per shift, and a flexible schedule to accommodate afternoons, nights, and weekends as part of CHAGEE's US expansion.

Qualifications

• One year barista experience preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit required.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drink orders to company standards.
• Follow SOPs and preparation manual closely.
• Learn and understand our menu to share tea insights with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Efficiently operate POS and process payments.
