Job summary

CHAGEE in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Shift Lead to support baristas, manage the POS, and uphold outstanding customer service during peak hours.

You will lead by example, assist with opening/closing, help train staff, and contribute to CHAGEE's US expansion into premium tea culture.

The role offers hourly pay of $22-$24, discretionary bonus eligibility, and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Barista experience preferred and leadership experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Food Handling Certification required or company can assist to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support baristas with drink preparation during peak hours.
• Manage the POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address feedback.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Assist with opening/closing store procedures as needed.
