CHAGEE Modern TeaHouse is hiring a part-time Barista (Charista) at the Marketplace at Ontario Center. You will prepare all tea-based drinks to our standards, learn the menu, and engage customers with tea insights. This role requires a fast-paced, team-oriented mindset and flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Benefits include tip eligibility, paid training, and free tea per shift. Full-time employees have access to 401k matching and health benefits.

Formación

• Barista experience is preferred (1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all drink orders to company standards.
• Follow SOPs and preparation manual closely.
• Learn and understand the menu to recommend products.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
