Responsibilities

At The Vitamin Shoppe, you will…

  • Support the Store Manager by executing store operations with excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting your team to do the same.
  • Assist in recruiting and developing top talent.
  • Build external community relationships to help grow sales.
  • Lead with integrity and accountability.
  • Promote an environment of continuous education, supporting company training initiatives and participating in learning activities.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts timely, and ensure shelves are stocked and priced correctly.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and various locations as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience; retail management experience preferred.
