Position Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in the daily operation of the store, provide excellent customer service, maintain store appearance and inventory, and support the Store Manager in various responsibilities.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers positively, resolving inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates on operating practices.
• Assist in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring items to the sales floor.
• Support in ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Participate in loss prevention efforts.
• Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with occasional lifts up to 55 lbs; capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills: Customer focus, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, job knowledge, relationship management.
