A leading non-profit organization in Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee team operations, manage sales transactions, and ensure proper handling of donations. The ideal candidate will have management experience and a background in retail sales. This full-time role requires strong communication skills and the ability to develop team members effectively.

Manage and influence team by communicating clear company goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers/safe.
Assist the Manager with scheduling and managing Time Clock Plus, and keep track of Team Member's time and attendance.
Assist in preparing and administering personnel and disciplinary actions.
Ensure store supplies and bank orders are placed in a timely manner.
Supervise and assist with the training and development of Team Members.
Help ensure proper handling and processing of incoming donation flow according to GWH policies and procedures.
Management experience and 1-2 years of retail sales experience are preferred.
Workweek: Monday through Friday and weekends.
