Position: Family Dollar Assistant Store Manager

Summary: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and support inventory and store appearance management. You will also help in supervising staff, managing merchandise, and supporting loss prevention efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers; resolving inquiries and concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, stocked store environment.
• Training and supervising store associates.
• Unloading merchandise and organizing stock.
• Assisting with ordering, record-keeping, and cash handling.
• Supporting management in loss prevention and covering managerial duties in their absence.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
