A multi-week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. This role includes growth opportunities into management, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that supports career and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a Panda store within 50 miles of home.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store by hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
