Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee a single Panda Express location. You will hire, train, and supervise teammates and ensure exceptional guest experiences while guiding the operation toward financial goals.

We provide a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks, plus ongoing mentorship and Panda community support to help you grow professionally within our expanding family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
