You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success, with ongoing development and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move within 50 miles.
• Open to a schedule including openings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and driving toward financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a multi-week leadership training program to ensure readiness.
