You will oversee hiring, training, and directing staff, ensuring quality service and compliance with food safety standards, while participating in an extensive leadership training program for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and supervise associates.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi‑week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
