Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store in a dynamic, guest‑driven environment. You will lead associates, hire and direct staff to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Support 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
