Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Founded in 1983, Panda Express is a leading family-owned American Chinese restaurant concept with nearly 2,800 locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations for a single location and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training provided by Panda Express.
