You will support the Store Leader, oversee merchandising, promotions, and loyalty initiatives, and help train employees to ensure a high level of service and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Previous supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lead a management team and train staff.
• Strong customer service focus with coaching skills.

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all staff.
• Identify and develop leaders, improve retention, and drive productivity.
