7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work under the Store Leader, provide customer service leadership, train and coach staff, and help drive day-to-day operations.

We emphasize internal promotion, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least one year of retail management experience; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Retail Management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required if candidate has retail management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
