Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Ability to lead customer service teams and coach staff.
• Experience with merchandising and marketing programs is preferred.
• Strong cash handling and POS fundamentals, loyalty program knowledge.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced store.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience may substitute.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for store needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all staff.
• Train, coach and develop employees to improve retention and performance.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions where applicable, and loyalty promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure compliance with health guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team, customers, and leadership; handle multiple tasks.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily store operations to meet goals.
