Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training and coaching for store staff.
• Demonstrated ability to retain qualified staff, develop leaders and drive productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs and loyalty promotions.
• Proficient cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean, safe environment complying with health and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities
