Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join a proactive management team in Wilson, NC. You will lead customer service, train staff, and execute merchandising programs while ensuring cash handling and loyalty initiatives run smoothly.

Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills are essential, with a preference for retail supervisory experience. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, or 1 year of Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Supervisory experience in a store environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader for all staff.
• Train, coach and develop team to maintain store standards.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and in-stock products.
