Job summary

7-Eleven in Franklinton, NC is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join the management team. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver great customer service, and coordinate daily store operations.

The role includes training and coaching employees, supporting merchandising initiatives, handling cash and fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least one year of retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with training.
• Maintain high retention by developing leaders and coaching staff.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Keep a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
