You will oversee customer service, coaching, merchandising execution, and store performance alongside the Store Leader. A strong emphasis on team development, retention, and operational excellence is required for success.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching for store employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop and retain qualified employees; foster leadership in the team.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure stock availability.
