7-Eleven, Inc in the United States is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You’ll work alongside the Store Leader to deliver excellent customer service, coach staff, and drive merchandising and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated ability to retain staff by developing leaders and promoting productivity.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and ensure in-stock products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• HS diploma or GED preferred; not required with 1 year of Retail Management.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, and retain staff.
• Support merchandising and marketing program execution.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions; promote loyalty program.
• Keep store clean, safe; ensure products in stock.

• Assist with scheduling and training.
