7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Leader to oversee daily operations, provide customer service leadership, coach staff, and help implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.

• High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of retail management experience accepted.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and training with the Store Leader.
• Coach and develop store staff to improve retention and productivity.
