Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join its store leadership team. The role emphasizes supervision, training, and outstanding customer service, with full-time hours and a focus on developing future leaders through the Assistant Store Leader Trainee program.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, implement merchandising programs, handle cash and loyalty promotions, and ensure a clean, safe store with in-stock products. 7-Eleven is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader for all staff.
• Demonstrated strength in retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
