Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales or leadership experience.
• Led teams of 10 or more associates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through exceptional customer service and team execution.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, and visual presentation standards.
• Ensure ATF compliance and uphold safety policies across the range and store areas.
