Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is mandatory.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.
• Able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in leading store operations across gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stocking to maintain store standards.
• Monitor cash handling, register operations, and adherence to safety policies.
• Collaborate with the Store Leader to achieve sales and financial targets.
