Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.
• Assistant Store Leaders must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in leading, planning, and organizing store operations and training team members.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, ordering, stocking, and ensure policy compliance.
