Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants and promote retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Promote loyalty program and manage cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and stock levels.
