Job summary

Kroger Co. is seeking an experienced leader to assist the store manager in driving excellent customer service and profitable operations at the North Little Rock location. You will coordinate merchandising, budgeting, and associate development while guiding teams to meet performance targets.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and applying data-driven insights to improve customer experience and store results in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service orientation with leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to use KPIs, metrics and data insights to drive decisions.
• Experience coordinating across departments and influencing teams to achieve store goals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through change, and develop future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a best-in-class customer shopping experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department heads and teams.
• Develop action plans and communications from Associate Insight survey results.
• Drive sales and profits while reducing shrink and controlling labor costs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to department heads and associates; support labor management and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
