Kate Spade New York in Florida is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity, service, and profitability across selling channels.

You will set the tone on the sales floor, lead a high-energy team, and ensure an inclusive environment where associates can thrive. The role emphasizes omni-channel selling, clienteling, and delivering brand experiences in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs) and mobility on the sales floor.

Responsabilités

• Model Kate Spade Service behaviors and lead a high-energy, client-focused environment.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling; ensure clienteling through client books, outreach, and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; provide coaching and manage underperformance.
• Set clear goals, review KPIs, and coach to results.
• Act as Store Leader in their absence; foster an inclusive, motivating culture.
• Own store sales plans and forecasts; create action plans to address business opportunities.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and facility security.
• Manage live stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends to drive engagement.
