Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Store Leader, manage workload and ensure execution of plans across the store and in your area.
• Partner with the Store Leader to set and communicate critical metrics: sales, visuals, operations, safety, payroll/scheduling and training.
• Coach and develop all store associates to build a strong bench of talent and support professional growth.
• Focus on driving sales and serving as Leader on Duty to promote revenue and service excellence.
• Collaborate during new season planning and execution with the Store Leader and other Assistants.
• Analyze results via reports and translate data into actionable KPIs and targets.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service while modeling a positive attitude.
• Communicate regularly with management about sales, customer feedback, and associate performance; participate in weekly walk-throughs.
• Stay up to date on store initiatives and share updates with the team.
