Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our store leadership team in Gastonia, NC. This role partners with the Store Manager to cultivate an environment that emphasizes exceptional customer service, engagement, and merchandising standards.

The Assistant Store Manager will support in achieving yearly sales goals, lead by example on the sales floor during peak hours, and collaborate with District leadership to drive store performance and productivity.

Qualifications
