What You Bring

  • Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and promoting productivity
  • Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure product availability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or 1+ year retail management experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
