• Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience required if no diploma
• Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds
