What You Bring
  • Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader.
  • Experience in maintaining high employee retention and developing leaders.
  • Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience acceptable.
  • Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
