What You Bring

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Ability to maintain high employee retention and develop leaders.
• Experience in merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to ensure a clean, safe environment and compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; relevant retail management experience required if no diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
