What You Bring

• Leadership in customer service, training, coaching alongside the Store Leader
• Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and promoting productivity
• Knowledge of merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, loyalty programs
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High School diploma or GED preferred; experience in retail management considered
• Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
