What You Bring

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in staff retention, merchandising, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or 1+ year retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and multi-tasking skills.
