What You Bring

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Proven ability to maintain high retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Experience in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience required if not.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
