Join to apply for the Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) role at 7-Eleven.

We are hiring immediately and focused on your success! We offer full-time hours, valuable management and leadership experience, and competitive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
  • Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Handle cash transactions, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment, ensuring products are in-stock and store sanitation compliance.
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or retail management experience (at least one year preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
