What You Bring

• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience required if no diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multitask, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
