What you bring:

• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in staff retention, hiring qualified applicants, developing leaders, and motivating employees.
• Ability to assist in merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel preferred).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; relevant management experience may suffice.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Salary range: $16.13 - $23.30 per hour.
