Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash in Lemon Grove, CA seeks a Store Leader to drive operations, mentor team members, and ensure top-tier guest experiences at the car wash. You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and daily task delegation while maintaining cash controls and a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; supports team by providing direction.
• Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy.
• Monitors the store’s level of performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforces the proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
• Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
