Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking staff for outdoor customer service roles at our Utah location. You will greet customers, explain services, handle transactions, and assist with information while maintaining cleanliness and safety around the car wash area.

Responsibilities include balancing cash registers, promoting services, assisting with merchandise, and supporting marketing efforts. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to smile and maintain clean appearance per dress and grooming standards.
• Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
• Must be able to endure extended periods standing and working on a cash register or related equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash.
• Explain services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash to customers.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, and verifying sales at end of shift.
• Assist customers in locating products, resolving complaints, or providing information; direct customers to other departments as necessary.
• Hold advertising signs and perform other marketing-related functions.
• Use sales membership pitch when interacting with new customers.
• Sell additional services and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits to the customer.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and maintain cash accountability at POS registers.
• Stock and maintain merchandise in vending cart.
• Maintain housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash).
• Explain car wash entry procedure to customers and follow exact loading and prepping procedures, ensuring safety.

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
