Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking an energetic Store Leader to assist in running daily operations, supervise Team Members, train new hires, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will manage workflows, uphold cash handling standards at POS, and support recruiting, coaching, and enforcing company policies in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.

A clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and weekend/holiday availability are required.

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
• Assistswith coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; supports team by providing direction
• Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Membersin accordance withcompany policy
• Monitors the store’s level of performance,identifyingandfacilitatingopportunities to increase productivity and efficiency

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
