Quick Quack Car Wash in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Store Leader to join our team. You will help hire and train new Team Members, coordinate daily workflow, and provide direction to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to enforce company standards, monitor performance, and make data‑driven decisions. You’ll work outside in a loud environment, manage shifts, and mentor staff to deliver a best‑in‑class guest experience.

• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforces proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
• Maintains proper cash accountability at POS registers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties:

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
• Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; supports team by providing direction
• Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy
• Monitors the store’s level of performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies
• Enforces the proper use of sales pitches with the Team
• Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
• Performs other duties as assigned

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
