Quick Quack Car Wash in Riverton, UT is seeking a Store Leader to manage daily operations, supervise Team Members, and ensure exceptional guest experience at the car wash. The role emphasizes leadership, strong customer service, staff training, workflow coordination, and adherence to company policies while promoting a best-in-class guest experience and loyalty programs.

You'll oversee hiring/training, monitor performance, handle cash controls, and coordinate with the Store Leader to drive

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
• Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; supports team by providing direction
• Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy
• Monitors the store’s level of performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies
• Enforces the proper use of sales pitches with the Team
• Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
• Performs other duties as assigned

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
