Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash in Henderson, NV seeks a temporary team member with strong leadership and customer service skills. You will assist in hiring, training, and coordinating daily workflow while maintaining a positive guest experience.

The role requires effective communication, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor, noisy car wash environment. This position ends Oct 17, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; supports team by providing direction.
• Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy.
• Monitors the store’s level of performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforces the proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
• Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Planning & Organizing: driving memberships by maximizing car volume and customer loyalty.
• Business Acumen: analyzing reporting and daily trends to make strategic decisions.
• Inspiring Others: motivating team through Quick Quack Car Wash core values.

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
